After 27 years leading Soldiers and multimillion-dollar programs — from commanding a 670-person infantry battalion to serving as Chief Operating Officer (J3) for the 13,500+ person Indiana National Guard — I didn't stop leading. I surged forward into the next mission: training the operators who power our nation's operations centers, building software that solves real problems for small business, and delivering professional websites with military precision.

I built an 816-person brigade from scratch, managed a $150 million annual operating budget, and led our state's largest disaster-relief response through the COVID-19 pandemic. WaveSurgeAI was born from that same discipline — training that makes operations centers mission-ready, compliance software that protects venues, and websites that elevate brands.
